Small Footprint

The East Coast Elevator has one of the smallest footprints of any residential lift available and takes up less than 7 sq. ft. It can be placed at any angle and the remarkably small footprint means there are almost limitless spaces.

Power Consumption

All East Coast elevators are very efficient and use little electricity – about as much as a dishwasher. Like any major appliance, the East Coast Homelift can be run from a standard dedicated 220 volt 15 amp wall outlet.

Quiet

Unlike traditional elevators, East Coast do not use noisy hydraulics or vacuum systems as our elevator lifts are powered by a quiet, self-contained electric motor. It simply plugs into a regular outlet and does not require a machine room.
